If you would like to request coverage of a specific game or specific team, please fill out the form below and indicate TEAM COVERAGE.  Requests for specific games or teams will be taken into consideration when setting our coverage schedule, but we cannot guarantee any team or game coverage request.

If you would like to retain the services of Ohio Valley Photo for a specific athlete or group of athletes (up to three athletes per game), please indicate INDIVIDUAL COVERAGE on the form below.  If you are requesting INDIVIDUAL COVERAGE, please be aware that the following retainer fees will apply:

 

• One (1) Athlete:  $30
  
• Two (2) Athletes: $25 per athlete
  
• Three (3) Athletes: $20 per athlete

This retainer fee does not include any prints, but does guarantee the following:

• Ohio Valley Photo will cover the specific athletes on the specific date requested.
• Each athlete covered will have available, on OhioValleyPhoto.com, a minimum of at least three (3) 8 X 10 quality photos available to be purchased as prints within three (3) business days after the event.
• A photo CD of every photo taken (no retouching) of the athletes covered at the event.
  
• Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and is backed with a 100% refund if you are not completely satisfied.
